GENERAL PRACTITIONER OR GERIATRICIAN (M/F)

Your Daily Role: A Stimulating and Diverse Environment Join a polyvalent medicine department of 36 beds for full hospitalization, equipped with modern infrastructure: - 7-bed USC (Unité de Soins Continus) sector - 16-bed Medicine Sector 1 (including 4 Palliative Care beds LISP) - 13-bed Medicine Sector 2 for week-long hospitalization - An Endoscopy department with 12 places, featuring 3 operating rooms for digestive and bronchial procedures, and 1 interventional endoscopy room. - A 9-place Medical Day Hospital (HDJ) sector (armchairs, cubicles, rooms). - A 33-place Oncology Day Hospital (HDJ) sector with private spaces. Your main responsibilities: - Comprehensive clinical activities for the medicine and USC departments, in close collaboration with two salaried physicians. - Development and monitoring of Personalized Care Plans (PPS) for each patient. - Essential collaboration with private practice physicians, paramedical teams, Management, and families. - Medical prescriptions, leading daily handovers, and rigorous updating of medical records (DPI MEDIBOARD, PMSI). - Coordination and development of new pathways in the Medical Day Hospital (HDJM), in conjunction with support care. - Active participation in the Clinic's institutional life (meetings, Medical Council (CME), commissions, etc.), quality initiatives, risk management, and certification. - Development of partnerships and health networks (community/hospital, home care). - You will be the establishment's hemovigilance referent. - Contribution to clinical research. Exceptional Working Conditions and Benefits: - Full-time Permanent Contract (CDI), Executive status. - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. - No on-call duties or standby required! We are looking for a Geriatrician or General Practitioner (registered with the CNOM), ideally with a university degree (DU) or experience in Palliative Care or Geriatric Oncology. Your ability to work in a team, your sense of coordination, listening skills, and interpersonal abilities, as well as your rigor, adaptability, and autonomy, will be essential assets.
