PosteNous are looking for a general practitioner to join a beautiful project in polyvalent medicine.Cette clinique privée située sur le secteur du Mans offers a great opportunity with the mission of developing a 30-bed service of complete hospitalization and HDJ (wound and scarring in connection with an IDE dedicated, HDJ prosthesis of hip and knee in connection with orthopedic surgeons...). The time dedicated to complete hospitalization can be evaluated at 80% and 20% for HDJ. This project will be piloted directly in connection with the General Directorate. This project is a major strategic axis of our medical project.Prise en charge des patients addressed by the clinicians of the clinic (vascular surgery, gastroenterology...), by the Medical Care Immediate Services (CMSI) currently being created at the clinic, by the emergency services of the territory and by the general practitioners prescribers.The clinic has a performing technical platform (16 operating rooms and 24 recovery places). On site, access to scanner and MRI. Biology laboratory also on site.Filière de l'aval structured notably with the vascular service
Service and teamThe medical project provides for the creation of a polyvalent medicine service of 30 beds HC in the long term. The workload will increase progressively according to the recruitment of practitioners.The team will be composed of 3 full-time or part-time (80%) general practitioners at term.The paramedical team is composed of IDE and AS experienced and volunteers to join the future medical service (internal recruitments). A functional support team will provide support: a full-time social worker, a full-time psychologist, two dietitians (1.8 ETP), an IDE pain. The para-medical teams are under the responsibility of the Director of Care.A care framework will be dedicated to this new service.A medical team will also provide support: diabetologist, nutritionist, endocrinologist, algologist, 2 pneumologists. A cardiologist is being recruited.The surgeons of the establishment will be available for advice or specialized care.The service is composed mainly of private rooms, family lounges, and individual offices for future practitioners.
