General Practitioner / Geriatrician Day Hospital, SMR clinic 1 hour from Paris L'IMSEL is looking for a part-time doctor for its versatile and geriatric Day Hospital. Join a Medical and Rehabilitation Care clinic nestled in the heart of a wooded park, just 1 hour from Paris. With 152 full-time hospitalization beds and 15 day hospital places specializing in geriatric and general care, L'IMSEL is a central player in rehabilitation in its area. Come and join a stable and dynamic multidisciplinary team, working together for patient care. The missions: - Evaluate and admit patients through a dedicated commission (internal and external pathway) - Ensure medical follow-up and construct the patient's therapeutic project with the multidisciplinary team (care plan, life plan) - Lead multidisciplinary staff and synthesis meetings - Increase the visibility of Day Hospital activity and develop relationships with local stakeholders. - Guarantee the maintenance of medical records and their completeness (OME, liaison letter) - Actively participate in the deployment of the establishment's project - Contribute to the quality process and take part in the clinic's committees. - Possibility to contribute to continuity of care: 1 weekend/month; 1 on-call duty/week. On-call duties are paid with the possibility of on-site travel if needed.
