GENERAL PRACTITIONER / GERIATRIST (F/H)

We offer permanent positions, liberal installation, and fixed-term contracts. You will primarily work on the following missions:
- Ensure comprehensive medical care for elderly patients, in complete hospitalization or post-acute rehabilitation (SSR).
- Develop complete geriatric assessments and follow up on the health status of patients.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team and participate in multidisciplinary consultation meetings (RCP).
- Ensure personalized patient follow-up, in collaboration with other specialists, to facilitate their return home or orientation towards adapted care.
- Participate in ongoing staff training and support for young practitioners.
Daytime hours, with one weekend shift every four weeks
Attractive remuneration General practitioner or doctor with complementary geriatric training.
You are registered with the French Order of Physicians.
You are recognized for your human skills and ability to work in a team.
You have a genuine interest in elderly medicine and wish to evolve in a modern and benevolent setting.
Experience in geriatric care is an asset, but young graduates are also welcome.
