- Organize patient admissions,
- Establish patient entry records,
- Develop a therapeutic project and ensure its implementation,
- Conduct daily visits to patients,
- Ensure continuity of care upon patient discharge,
- Participate in medical duties
- Participate in meetings (admissions commissions, interdisciplinary meetings, etc...)
- Collaborate with the 2 other titular doctors and all replacement doctors, as well as the paramedical team (ergotherapist, physical therapists, adapted physical education teacher, social worker, dietitian, psychologist, pharmacist, pharmacy assistants, nurses, healthcare professionals, nurse referents)
You will be in charge of 30 beds
Hours : 9am - 6pm
Emed Software We are looking for a full-time General Practitioner (F/H) for our client's private clinic located in the Tarn department (81). The establishment is conventioned and accredited for a capacity of 175 beds and places, divided into: - 100 surgical beds and 6 continuous surveillance beds - 15 outpatient surgery places - 53 Medical Care and Rehabilitation beds.
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile person, ready to take on the challenges of this position without prior experience : - State Doctorate in General Medicine - Diagnostic, treatment, and patient follow-up skills. - Ability to work in a team and autonomously. - Empathy, listening, and communication skills with patients and their families.
