In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team (doctors, health care professionals, nurses, caregivers, psychologists, physical therapists, etc.), you will ensure:

Medical follow-up and patient care in USLD and/or residents in EHPAD.

Developing, implementing and following up on personalized care projects.

Participating in clinical meetings and coordinating patient care pathways.

Applying hygiene and safety rules and contributing to the quality approach of the establishment.

Participating in the establishment's project and its evolution. Sought Profile :

State Doctorate in Medicine diploma and registration with the Order of Physicians.

Training or interest in Geriatrics or caring for the elderly would be an asset.

Relational qualities, listening skills, rigor and team spirit.
