GENERAL PRACTITIONER F.H IN HEALTH CENTER (F/H)

With an area of 200m², the Health Center is composed of 6 consultation rooms (20m² / room) and a shared living space: dining room and meeting room. Certified in sector 1, it aims to contribute to reducing health inequalities and access to healthcare. It has the objective of welcoming: 4 general practitioners, 1 midwife, 1 nurse anesthetist and medical assistants. More specifically, we are recruiting a (or several!) doctor who will ensure scheduled consultations and to a lesser extent, urgent consultations (also by appointment). These consultations will be in general medicine with the possibility of also performing pediatric, gynecological or sleep medicine consultations, depending on experience. This position is offered as a CDI, full-time (35 hours/week) or part-time (18 hours / week minimum). The organization of working time remains to be defined according to your expectations: a full-time schedule can thus be achieved over 3 or 4 days, provided that a greater hourly amplitude is ensured. The presence of a medical assistant will allow you to focus on medical activity only: no appointment management, billing... Remuneration consists of a minimum guaranteed amount, a lump sum for non-medical time, and a variable part calculated based on activity. A doctor already in place at the health center can explain more fully how things work.
