Guarantor of Medical Follow-up (Medical Treatment Function):

Ensure global medical follow-up for 40 residents, in connection with their multiple pathologies.

Monitor the quality of medical and paramedical care provided.

Be the main point of contact for external specialists (neurologists, oncologists, psychiatrists, etc., particularly in conjunction with the regional CHU). You are the advocate for patients with them.

Guarantee interdisciplinary work with the Nurse Coordinator (IDEC), IDEs, Aides-Soignantes, and socio-educational teams.

Institutional Implication:

Actively participate in the life of the establishment and projects (telemedicine, Advanced Practice Nurses, medical surveillance).

Write and implement care protocols.

Advise the Director on medical matters.
Type of Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (CDD).

Work Time: Part-time (between 50% and 60% ETP).

Organization: Ideally, Mondays and Thursdays (possibility of negotiating a third day, for example, every other Wednesday, to reach 60%).

On-Call/Standby/Weekend Work: No on-call duty, standby duty, or weekend work.

Remuneration:

Negotiable salary for the CDD.

Benefits: Mutual insurance, Social and Economic Committee (CSE), annual premium (equivalent to 75% of a 13th month, paid twice).

Holder of the State Doctorate in Medicine degree.

Registration with the Order of Physicians and the RPPS is mandatory.

Experience: A experience or strong interest in severe disability care and/or complex patient management is essential.

Great adaptability and professional curiosity.

Knowing how to take the time and adapt your knowledge to human situations.

Comfortable using computer software for information transmission.
