Appel Medical Search is the recruitment firm dedicated to doctors, surgeons, senior health and management executives of Appel Medical, number 1 in France for temporary work and medical, paramedical, and pharmaceutical recruitment for over 50 years.
From recruitment to integration into your future team, Appel Medical Search takes care of you. We are offering you the chance to join a Level 1 Expert Center for the SUD Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, welcoming patients requiring the most complex cardiac rehabilitation care:
- Capacity: 101 full-time hospitalization beds (HC) and 20 day hospital places.
- High-quality technical platform: Cardio-respiratory stress tests, echocardiography, telemetry, Holter monitoring, as well as a gymnasium, a balneotherapy pool, and an isokinetic device.
- Location: An ideal setting for nature sports enthusiasts (trail running, mountain biking, climbing…) 30 minutes from Montélimar, 1 hour 45 minutes from Grenoble, and 2 hours from Lyon or Montpellier.
To facilitate your integration, you will be trained by the institution, notably through the DU (University Diploma) in cardiac ultrasound.
Your missions and work environment:
Integrated into a close-knit and dynamic team, you will be responsible for the care of patients after a heart attack, cardiac surgery, transplant, or in cases of heart failure.
- Medical team: you will collaborate with 3 cardiologists and one general practitioner,
- Multidisciplinary team: 4 physiotherapists, 4 APA (Adapted Physical Activity practitioners), a dietitian, a social worker, and specialized ETP (Patient Education) nurses, technician nurses who will assist you during examinations…
- Activity: full-time hospitalization,
- Quality: recognized expertise in cardiac rehabilitation, possibility of conducting research…
Quality of life and attractive conditions:
The institution emphasizes work-life balance and the support of its practitioners:
- Working time: 208 working days per year, i.e., approximately 18 RTT days (in addition to paid leave),
- Remuneration: from €100,000 gross/year, excluding on-call duties,
- On-call duties: one week out of 4 (only for the cardiology department), compensated at €728 gross/week,
- Relocation assistance: personalized housing search and coverage of the first 6 months of rent,
- Training: very strong continuous training policy. You are a general practitioner registered with the national council of medical doctors in France and wish to practice in a center of excellence?
