General Practitioner (M/F)

The positions available are:
•On a general psychiatry pole (15-bed hospitalization unit).
•At the Specialized Home (MAS) (to complete the medical staff in place).
Missions:
As a General Practitioner H/F, under administrative responsibility from the director and functional responsibility from the medical coordinator (head of psychiatry pole or MAS medical coordinator), you will ensure:
•Patient care and follow-up for hospitalized patients in psychiatry and/or residents at the MAS (a social-medical structure welcoming people with polyhandicap).
•You intervene in respect of patient rights, needs, and care project.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team:
•In the psychiatry service: 6 psychiatrists, 1-2 interns, medical secretaries, staff, nurses, social workers, etc.
•At the MAS: medical coordinator, psychiatrist, nurses, staff, and IDECs, psychomotor therapists, ergotherapists, dietician, caregivers, educators, APA monitors, kinesthetic therapists, etc.
The position is full-time with a time share between the two services (psychiatry/MAS), both located on the same site. The quotas are variable (e.g., 70/30 or 60/40). The position may also be offered part-time.
Characteristics of the Position:
Open to hospital practitioners or contract workers.
Adaptable configuration according to the profile and professional projects of candidates. Possibility of full-time, part-time, or reduced hours (less than 50%) for a mixed exercise (city/hospital or private/public employment).
Normal daytime service: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm).
Participation in the somatic care commission at the establishment.
NO GUARDS – NO OBLIGATIONS (No obligation to participate in after-hours care). General Practitioner H/F with a medical degree and registered on the Order of Physicians in France. Appreciated experience in psychiatry or working with people with mental disabilities/autism/polyhandicap/palliative care/geriatria. Possibility of additional training once in post.
