GENERAL PRACTITIONER (M/F)

We offer permanent positions (CDI), private practice setups, and fixed-term contracts (CDD). The facility is recruiting general practitioners to strengthen its teams following recent departures. The positions are to be filled: • Within a general psychiatry department (15-bed hospitalization unit). • At the Specialized Accommodation Facility (MAS) (to supplement the existing medical staff). Missions: As a General Practitioner (M/F), under the administrative responsibility of the director and the functional responsibility of the medical manager (psychiatry department head / coordinating physician in MAS), you will ensure: • The somatic care and follow-up of patients hospitalized in psychiatry and/or residents of the MAS (a medico-social structure for people with multiple disabilities). • You will act in compliance with the rights, needs, and care plan of the patient/resident. You will work within a multidisciplinary team: • In the psychiatry department: 6 psychiatrists, 1 to 2 residents, medical secretaries, managers, nurses, social worker, etc. • In the MAS: coordinating physician, psychiatrist, nurses, managers and IDECs, psychomotor therapists, occupational therapists, dietitian, nursing assistants, educators, APA instructors, freelance physiotherapists, etc. The position is full-time with a division of time between the two departments (psychiatry / MAS), both located on the same site. The proportions are variable (examples: 70/30 or 60/40). The position can also be offered on a part-time basis. Job Characteristics: Positions open to hospital practitioners or contract staff. Configuration adaptable according to the profile and professional projects of the candidates. Possibility of full-time, part-time, or even reduced quotas (less than 50%) for mixed practice (outpatient/hospital or private/public employment). Normal day shift: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 6 PM). Participation in the establishment's somatic care commission. NO ON-CALL DUTIES – NO EXTERNAL DUTIES (No obligation to participate in on-call duty). M/F Doctor holding a general medicine degree and registered with the French Medical Council. Experience appreciated in psychiatry or with individuals with intellectual disabilities/autism/multiple disabilities/palliative care/geriatrics. Possibility of additional training once in position.
