GENERAL PRACTITIONER (M/F)

The positions are to be filled:
• In a general psychiatry unit (15-bed hospitalization unit).
• At the Specialized Accommodation House (MAS) (to complete the medical staff in place).
Missions:
As a General Practitioner M/F, under the administrative responsibility of the director and the functional responsibility of the medical manager (head of the psychiatry unit / coordinating doctor in MAS), you ensure:
• The care and somatic follow-up of patients hospitalized in psychiatry and/or residents of the MAS (medico-social structure welcoming people with multiple disabilities).
• You intervene in accordance with the rights, needs and care plan of the patient/resident.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team:
• In the psychiatry department: 6 psychiatrists, 1 to 2 interns, medical secretaries, executives, nurses, social worker, etc.
• In MAS: coordinating doctor, psychiatrist, nurses, executives and IADCs, psychomotor therapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, nursing assistants, educators, APA instructors, liberal physiotherapists, etc.
The position is full-time with a division of time between the two departments (psychiatry / MAS), both located on the same site. The quotas are variable (examples: 70/30 or 60/40). The position can also be offered part-time.
Job characteristics:
Positions open to hospital practitioners or contractors.
Configuration adaptable according to the profile and professional projects of the candidates. Possibility of full-time, part-time, or even reduced quotas (less than 50%) for a mixed practice (city/hospital or private/public salaried).
Normal daytime service: Monday to Friday (9AM-6PM).
Participation in the somatic care commission of the establishment.
WITHOUT ON-CALL DUTY – OR STANDBY DUTY (No obligation to participate in the on-call medical service). Doctor M/F with a degree in general medicine and registered with the French Order of Physicians. Experience appreciated in psychiatry or with people with mental disabilities/autism/multiple disabilities/palliative care/geriatrics. Possibility of further training once in the position.
