General Practitioner (F/H)

The functions or titles are declaimed in both feminine and masculine forms. Attached to the establishment director, the General Practitioner (F/H) has as its main missions:
Bringing expertise to all phases of patient care in HAD (pre-admission, follow-up, and discharge),
Ensuring optimization of personalized care projects and their realization in collaboration with hospital colleagues and city doctors,
Ensuring completeness and quality of medical information produced and transmission to various actors (health professionals, guardians, and PMSI),
Participating in weekly and WE medical duties,
Participating in the continuous improvement process for healthcare quality, performance, and certification by HAS,
Actively participating in HAD activity growth by developing partnerships with colleagues from MCO, SSR, social medicine establishments... and proposing innovative solutions,
Assisting the direction in these works: strategic orientations, establishment project, quality, and risk management... and operational implementation.
Delegations to other sites during absences of practicing doctors in HAD.
Paramedical team: 1 general practitioner, 7 IDEC, nurses, 1 psychologist, 1 social worker, medical secretary.
National collective agreement for private hospitalization
Company vehicle, portable PC, smartphone. Attractive work environment and conditions - Possibility of having a day in telework - 15 to 16 RTT per year. Doctor of Medicine, General Practitioner (F/H), registered with the French Medical Council, you have experience in the hospital sector (internal medicine, geriatrics, emergencies...). A DU or experience in Palliative Care, wound healing, pain management, oncology, and hematology would be appreciated. Dynamic, rigorous, and entrepreneurial, you have a sense of organization, team spirit, and want to invest within an establishment in full development, looking towards the future. You master computer tools. Driving license (B permit).
