GENERAL PRACTITIONER (M/F)

In order to replace a doctor, the establishment is recruiting a general practitioner (M/F) on a fixed-term contract of 8 months starting in January 2027.
The position is offered at 90% of full-time, i.e., 4 fixed days per week, with the day off chosen by the doctor. The doctor will be responsible for a service of 21 patients and will work under the authority of the chief physician.

His main responsibilities include:
Medical follow-up of patients and conducting consultations.
Coordination of the multidisciplinary care team.
Development and supervision of therapeutic projects.
Active involvement in institutional life (CME commissions, synthesis meetings, etc.).

Working hours include a shared on-call system:
Night on-call: 5 nights per month on average (from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m.), managed by telephone with the possibility of remote prescription.
Weekend on-call: 1 weekend every 7 weeks.

The establishment offers competitive remuneration, with an annual gross salary ranging from €80,000 to €100,000 (including on-call duties).
Interventions in case of travel during on-call shifts are also compensated. We are looking for a general practitioner (M/F), ideally driven by the desire to be involved in multidisciplinary care.
The position is open to candidates with experience in SMR (Soins de Suite et de Réadaptation), as well as general practitioners without prior experience in this field.

The candidate must demonstrate qualities of coordination and team management, as well as the ability to develop therapeutic strategies in consultation with the various stakeholders.
University Diplomas (DU) in Pain, Wounds and Healing, Antibiotic Therapy, or Chronic Diseases would be an asset.
