In the context of strengthening its medical team following a departure, the clinic is seeking a General Practitioner (M/F) to ensure somatic patient follow-up.
Your Main Missions :
Conducting the initial somatic examination for each new patient.
Ensuring regular somatic medical follow-up, prescribing treatments and providing therapeutic education.
Collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team (Psychiatrists, Nurses, etc.).
Directing patients towards other healthcare structures if necessary.
Ensuring the traceability of acts and observations in the Patient Information File (DPI).
Prescribing conduct for healthcare teams and writing discharge reports at departure.
Actively participating in the quality policy of the establishment (CME, COMEDIMS, CLIAS) and leading the pain management policy.
Conducting education actions among patients and analyzing medical information.
Organization and Remuneration :
Work Schedule : Alternating one week in two with another general practitioner.
Obligations : The position includes obligations outside of working hours, distributed among doctors.
Note: the general practitioner is not required to physically travel during obligations, only psychiatrists do so.
Remuneration according to profile and experience : 9,000/9,400 euros gross per month, including obligations (full-time). The ideal candidate is a General Practitioner registered with the Order of Physicians, having an affinity for teamwork and sensitivity to global patient care in a psychiatric setting.
Sought Qualities :
Ability to establish a precise somatic examination and ensure rigorous follow-up.
Ease in interprofessional collaboration.
Communication and therapeutic education skills.
Rigor in tracing and analyzing medical information.
Availability to ensure an alternating one-week-in-two schedule and obligations (remotely).
You will join a experienced medical team, currently composed of 10 doctors in a stimulating environment and dedicated to quality patient care.
