Your daily challenges:

- Drive and coordinate the care strategy: You design, lead, and evolve the overall care project in synergy with caregivers and external stakeholders.

- Integrate the residence into its ecosystem: You develop strong partnerships with local healthcare actors, geriatric pathways, and coordinate the network of freelance professionals.

- Guarantee excellent support: In tandem with the psychologist and the care unit manager, you manage admissions and provide your expertise on complex medical situations.

- Foster team growth: You initiate a continuous learning dynamic through awareness-raising, training, and regular medical support in the field.

- Lead the quality approach: You are the point of contact for GIR and PATHOS evaluations, and you champion our continuous improvement projects and compliance with good geriatric practices.

Full-time permanent contract position
Doctor with a thesis, registered with the French Order of Doctors.

Required qualifications (choice of):

DES in Geriatrics or Certificate of Competence in Gerontology.

DU (University Diploma) in Coordinator Doctor in EHPAD.

Failing that: Commitment to undertake the required diploma training upon taking up the position.
