Service activity: Post-urgency care: Ensure diagnosis, orientation, and treatment of patients with various pathologies, including those requiring hospitalization. Provide medical assistance and support to patients in need, as well as their families. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans and ensure continuity of care. Participate in the development of clinical pathways and guidelines for post-urgency care. Contribute to the improvement of patient outcomes through the implementation of evidence-based practices. Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ensure compliance with medical standards and protocols. Provide education and training to patients and their families on disease management and self-care. Participate in quality control and assurance activities. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures related to post-urgency care. Develop and maintain knowledge of current medical practices, research, and guidelines.
