The service welcomes patients over 75 years of age with a complex health condition that requires medical expertise, therapeutic adjustments, and the use of a specialized and multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. The patients welcomed primarily come from short-stay hospitalization services. The service has 80 beds, including 6 palliative care beds. The service consists of: - A high-performance and complete technical platform - Premises adapted to the care of welcomed patients - An experienced and trained multidisciplinary medical and paramedical nursing team - A complete team of rehabilitation therapists and social workers.
