You will be responsible for the medical care of patients accompanied at home by a healthcare facility - You will assess their health status, establish diagnoses, and define appropriate therapeutic orientations - You will coordinate interventions with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care - You will record medical files and participate in multidisciplinary discussions during assignments on specific dates.
The establishment is looking for practitioners for certain dates and periods until early 2027.
