- Conducting in-depth medical consultations to evaluate patients' health status
- Developing and following treatment protocols tailored to each individual
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize healthcare pathways
- Ensuring regular follow-up and adjusting treatments based on patients' needs
- Participating in coordination meetings to ensure coherent and effective care
