General Practitioner (F/H)

- Replacement full-time or part-time starting from March 2, 2026 for a duration of six months.

Hours: 09-17h

Conditions:
- Remuneration between €70,146.98 and €107,752.59 per year gross, depending on experience and specialization obtained
-> Possibility of accommodation even with family in a studio, recently renovated.
-> No transportation expenses covered.

Additional information:
The establishment welcomes 80 residents, including 19 in the Protected Unit, with complex poly-pathological conditions requiring constant medical presence.
The medical team already consists of a coordinating doctor, a general practitioner. The paramedical team, specialized in geriatric care, and the multidisciplinary team (ergotherapist, kinesiotherapist, psychomotor therapist, psychologist, EAPA, speech therapist, podiatrist) complete the care. This ensemble allows residents to maintain their autonomy in comfort and well-being of life.
In collaboration with the Direction, doctors, health staff, paramedical personnel, the doctor will have as main missions:
- Ensure patient care and follow-up of files under his/her responsibility,
- Collaborate with the paramedical team and multidisciplinary team,
- Prescribe treatments and care given to residents,
- Participate in the PATHOS rating and GIR resident assessment,
- Accompany residents and their families in complex, emergency, and end-of-life situations,
- Participate in medical staff meetings with paramedical personnel and health staff,
- Ensure new resident admissions following procedure,
- Participate in quality policy and risk management (High Authority of Health certification).
- Ability to work as a team and integrate into an establishment system,
- Sense of communication and relational skills,
- Mastery of office tools,
- Sense of organization and priorities,
- Involvement in the establishment's quality policy and protocol development,
- Ability to invest in different orientations of the establishment: geriatrics, person reintegration, pain management, nosocomial infections, palliative care, and end-of-life care.

You must be registered with the French Medical Council for this replacement. The General Practitioner or Geriatrician (F/H) position requires medical skills for elderly people without prior experience required.

- State Doctor of Medicine degree required
- Sensitivity and empathy towards older people
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Competence in managing patient files and administrative tasks
