- Ensure attentive medical follow-up for patients with neurological and locomotor disorders
- Conduct complex post-AVC consultations to develop tailored care plans
- Collaborate with geriatric and neurology care pathways to improve patient quality of life
Conditions:
We are looking for a General Practitioner (F/H) to join our team at Mazamet hospital.
- Ability to manage patients independently in a geriatric and neurologic SSR service
- Hold a State Doctorate degree in medicine
- Experience with complex post-AVC consultations would be an asset
- Strong coordination skills for patient management and multidisciplinary treatments
