- Hold a State Doctorate in Medicine
- Show empathy and sensitivity towards elderly patients
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with professionalism
- Skills in evaluating and following up on geriatric pathologies
- Ease in applying care and rehabilitation protocols
