General Practitioner (F/H)

Due to our expertise in vacation and doctors, find your place in the medical sector. In a Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation facility, you will play a crucial role in patient care and coordination:
From August 4th to December 26th
- Medical follow-up and patient management on two services, SSR and MCO
- Coordination of the medical team to ensure optimal care quality
- Effective use of HM software for patient file tracking and documentation
- Evaluation and adjustment of treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team
- Active participation in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss complex cases and improve care protocols Rejoin our team as a General Practitioner (F/H) in a dynamic and collaborative Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation facility.
- Ability to manage 20 to 30 beds per doctor, spread over two services
- Mastery of HM software for daily administrative and clinical tasks
- Close collaboration with a team of three doctors to offer the best care
- Hold a State Doctor's Diploma in Medicine, essential for this position
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for an optimal care environment
