An expert team in the field of temporary assignments and physicians to support you. Within a convalescence and rehabilitation care facility, you will contribute to comprehensive, humane, and coordinated geriatric care:
From October 19th to November 4th
- Ensure the medical follow-up of 25 patients in multidisciplinary geriatric rehabilitation, adapting care plans to each situation
- Coordinate care with a stable multidisciplinary team to promote rehabilitation and return to autonomy
- Conduct clinical evaluations, prescribe necessary examinations and treatments, and ensure continuity of care
- Participate in the development of discharge plans and ensure liaison with relatives and concerned healthcare professionals
- Contribute to collectively organized evening on-call duties and ensure traceability of care on Hôpital Manager
Conditions: Please consult us General Practitioner M/F, you combine clinical rigor, listening skills, and coordination to support geriatric patients in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation facility.
- You hold a State Diploma in Doctor of Medicine and are registered with the Order of Physicians.
- Beginner or experienced, you ensure comprehensive, individualized, and safe geriatric care.
- You collaborate effectively with a stable multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- You demonstrate autonomy, organization, and reactivity in the follow-up of approximately 25 patients.
- You easily use medical digital tools, particularly the Hôpital Manager software.
