Attached to the direction and integrated into a team of eight doctors and a multidisciplinary team composed of ergotherapist, IDE, AS, APA, Kinésithérapeutes including 1 kinésithérapeute reference per doctor, social assistant, dietitian, psychologist)

Here are your main missions:

- Ensure and organize patient care and follow-up: be attentive and inform patients and their families of indications, restrictions, and necessary advice for their healthcare journey.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: doctors, health managers, IDEC, healthcare staff, rehabilitation personnel, and participate in meetings.

- Contribute to the works of reflection of the structure within the framework of a continuous improvement process
- Contribute to institutional instances CLAN, CLUD, CLIN…

- Participate in medical on-call duties corresponding to 5 night shifts per month and one weekend out of seven.


The establishment is a reference center in its specialties, with a complete technical platform consisting of:

•An internal pharmacy
•A sonography room equipped with 2 GE ultrasound machines
•A cardiovascular exercise testing room: cycloergometer and treadmill
•A functional respiratory exploration room: gas analyzer, plethysmograph, ventilatory polygraph
•A cardiac exploration room: 4 Holters, 1 MAPA, pacemaker monitoring software

And six rehabilitation spaces:

- 1 exercise training room
- 1 muscle strengthening room
- 1 gym and relaxation room
- 1 space grouping 5 individual care boxes
- 1 adapted physical activity room
- 1 dedicated education therapeutic patient workshop
