The job description: We are recruiting, for one of our clients, an Association working in the medical-social and health field, with pathways that favor ordinary living places for users of establishments, by providing proximity responses as soon as possible and placing each person at the heart of their care, located in the Pays de la Loire region, a General Practitioner - H/F, in the context of a permanent contract, in the Sarthe department. -Presentation of the Establishment: *On two Establishments, accommodating approximately 200 beds and places; *Care: Suite and specialized rehabilitation care: Locomotor Apparatus and Neurology, Addictology, Nutrition, and Polyvalent; *Complete Hospitalization and Day Hospital. -Presentation of the job: -Presentation of the main missions: *You take charge of addictive problems for hospitalized patients, coordinate the liaison team and medical care in Addictology, work with external partners and organize: -Medical and paramedical follow-up of patients from the file with the Unit Manager; -Practice of therapeutic education and transmission of adapted medical information to each user's situation; -Make a medical diagnosis and ensure traceability in the patient's electronic dossier; -Work with external partners; -Set up prevention and therapeutic education actions in services; -Sensitize and train care teams to Addictology; -Coordinate the interdisciplinary team; -Train personnel and interns, participate in research, quality approach. -Presentation of the job characteristics: *Care for the Addictology file on two sites; *Care for two services: 14 beds in complete hospitalization and places in part-time hospitalization; *A privileged professional framework and engaged teams. Hierarchical attachment: Direction. Remuneration: collective agreement: Fehap 51 (Ségur, reprise of seniority). Night and weekend shifts possible. Overtime. Possible travel. -The required qualification: *Doctorate in General Medicine specialized in addictions, possible diploma training in Addictology; *Registered with the National Council of the Order of Physicians. The professional qualities required: *Knowledge of the Medical Deontology Code, respect for professional secrecy and confidentiality; *Human qualities: rigor, listening, teamwork spirit, dynamism, commitment; *Participation in interdisciplinary meetings, staffs. You are rigorous, organized, and have a sense of teamwork. The 'know-how': *Ability to listen, consult, and negotiate; *Know how to convince and make others adhere; *Creativity and initiative; *Capacity to manage teams and create links; *Sense of responsibility; *Analytical, observational, and synthetic abilities; *Listening to patients and their families in determining prescriptions and care pathways; *Rigor. The 'know-how': *Somatic medicine, licit and illicit drugs, behavioral addictions, alcohol, and tobacco; *Withdrawal treatment and substitution therapy, infectious and transmissible diseases. The 'competences': *Animate and coordinate the medical and paramedical component of patient care in their file. You participate and coordinate with the entire Addictology file of the Association.
