Appel Médical Search is the dedicated division for doctors, surgeons, and hospital directors at Appel Médical, No.1 in temporary work and medical, paramedical, and pharmaceutical recruitment since over 50 years. Whether it's for interim, vacation, a fixed-term contract or an open-ended contract, our consultants spread across 31 offices throughout France will accompany you in your job search. Your Missions :
- Ensure the care of emergencies requiring technical gestures (stitches, consultations, plaster application).
- Work as a team with liberal nurses.
- Participate in the development and success of the center.
Our Offer (Liberal Model Advantageous) :
- Complete Autonomy: You exercise in a liberal model without entry fees.
- Attractive Remuneration: 100% of the revenue from medical acts is reversed to you without retrocession on your activity. 30 patients per day could generate approximately €1,200 in turnover, or approximately €600 net per day of operation.
- Minimized Charges: less than 15% of your turnover
- Material Benefits: Benefit from preferential rates on equipment and software thanks to centralized negotiations.
- Complete Accompaniment: We accompany you free of charge for the search for premises, team constitution, and administrative procedures.
- Flexibility: Total freedom over your working hours, without minimum required.
- Optimized Structure: The centers are open 7 days a week during the day and focus on emergency technical gestures. Liberal nurses handle reception and billing, reducing administrative charges.
- Facilitated Financing: Possibility to invest yourself in premises and equipment or benefit from institutional partnerships for financing equipment and works, allowing you to pay rent rather than taking out a loan. Doctor of medicine, you are registered with the National Council of the Order of Physicians and wish to establish yourself as a liberal doctor (F/H).
