🐼 Why Prévenir

Prévenir is a new Inter-company Prevention and Occupational Health Service (SPSTI) in Île-de-France.

Our ambition is to reimagine occupational health to improve the impact on employees' lives and the experience of health professionals, by leveraging Alan's technological resources.

Our first medical center opened its doors at 117 Quai de Valmy (Paris 10ᵉ) and this is just the beginning!

🩺 The role, in concrete terms

You are the referent occupational physician for a portfolio of member companies, and your responsibilities are as follows:

• Coordinate the three missions of SPSTI (individual monitoring, workplace action, prevention of professional reintegration difficulties) within your scope of member companies, with a multidisciplinary team that you lead: Occupational Health Nurse, Health and Safety Officer, Occupational Health Professional (IPRP)

• Innovation and continuous improvement: testing and deployment of new digital tools in occupational health, optimization of protocols, collaboration with development teams, etc.

What's different compared to a classic SPSTI:

• Real delegation. The multidisciplinary team and the Occupational Health Nurses handle what can be delegated. You focus your medical time where it has the most impact.

• Teleconsultation at the employee's request, integrated into your practice when clinically relevant.

• Digital tools co-created based on your needs. A team of Alan engineers and designers develops the tools they need with the physicians — Medical Monitoring Forms (DMST), prevention pathways, assistance with drafting company files, etc.

👤 The profile we're looking for

Essential:

• Doctorate in Medicine + DES or CES in Occupational Medicine

• Registration with the Medical Council

Ideally:

• Enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team and delegating

• Curiosity for digital tools and AI applied to medical practice

• Ability to build a trusting relationship with employees and members
