Job description
We are recruiting for one of our partners, a private EHPAD (nursing home for dependent elderly adults) located in Le Lavandou, a Coordinating Physician M/F at 0.5 FTE or full-time. Your missions: - Implement the general care plan in collaboration with the nursing manager and in line with the establishment's project.
- Participate in the resident admission process: pre-admission visits, geriatric assessment upon entry, development and follow-up of the personalized care plan.
- Be responsible for the prevention, monitoring, and management of health risks within the establishment.
- Coordinate medical and paramedical interventions, contribute to the training of the care team, and ensure liaison with networks and institutional partners. Benefits - Between 100,000 and 130,000 euros gross annual salary equivalent full-time For any further information: @.** /
