Job description
Your daily life with us: Ensure appropriate care for each resident of the establishment from their admission into the establishment (formalized assessment, opinion on resident admissions, definition of the care plan). Participate in the quality approach, risk management, and the development of professional best practices for the nursing team. Participate in the training of the EHPAD nursing staff. Guarantee the continuity of care, organize its permanence, and coordinate healthcare professionals, in collaboration with the IDEC. Manage health teams as a member of the Management Committee.
