Job description
Your daily life with us:
Ensure an adapted care for each resident of the establishment from their admission to the establishment (formalized evaluation, advice on resident admissions, definition of the care project)
Participate in the quality approach, risk management, and development of good professional practices within the healthcare team
Participate in the training of healthcare personnel at the EHPAD
Guarantee continuity of care, organize its permanence and coordination of health professionals, in collaboration with the IDEC.
Manage health teams as a member of the Management Committee
