COORDINATOR PHYSICIAN (F/H) EHPAD IN PROVENCE

Vos Missions Principales
Develop and implement the care project for the facility, ensuring the application of geriatric best practices.
Coordinate the intervention of all healthcare professionals (employees and freelancers).
Provide medical advice on resident admissions.
Evaluate and validate the level of dependence of residents (GIR/Pathos).
Pilot and chair the Geriatric Coordination Commission.
Actively contribute to quality approach and training for healthcare teams.
Ensure continuity of care and exceptional risk management. Diplôme d'État de Docteur en médecine.
Ideally holder of a Gérontologie Capacity, DESC of Geriatrics or DU of Physician Coordinator EHPAD
Registered or inscribable at the French National Council of Physicians Order
Managerial aptitudes, sense of organization and excellent relational qualities
