Medical Coordinator (F/H)

The functions or titles are declaimed in both feminine and masculine forms. Directly attached to the establishment's management team, the Medical Coordinator (F/H) will have the role of coordinating the medical team composed of dozens of general practitioners and specialists (Geriatricians, Hematologists, Oncologists, internal medicine physicians) and ensuring the quality of care provided.
Ensure the application of protocols and best practices guidelines,
Provide a consulting and expert medical role to teams,
Develop the therapeutic project and ensure its implementation,
Participate in medical duties (one week every six) and possibility of prescribing at a distance.
Contribute to continuous quality improvement of care and risk management,
Ensure the link with different healthcare network actors.
Full-time position – Possibility of accommodation during the trial period -
RTT – Training. Remuneration based on profile (interest premium) You are registered with the National Council of the Order of Physicians with significant experience in team coordination and expertise in palliative care.
Motivated by teamwork, proposal strength, with a humanist spirit, your relational skills and pedagogy will also be assets for this position.
