To apply: Your Missions: Leadership and Structuration
As a Chief Surgeon Anesthetist, your mission will be complex and structuring, aiming to establish a solid framework within the service. Beyond shared management functions (planning, recruitment processes), you will have direct responsibility for:
Peri-Operative Management: Pilot and ensure excellence in patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Major Reorganization Projects: Be the driving force behind structuring projects for the anesthesia service, including reorganizing extubations in the recovery room (SSPI) and setting up rigorous processes inspired by peri-operative medicine in endoscopy.
Framework Guarantor: Establish and ensure compliance with the framework of functioning, ensuring respect for hours and fairness in planning development to ensure a durable team cohesion. We are looking for a Hospital Practitioner (or equivalent) registered with the Order of Physicians, with significant experience in team management and proven ability to drive change. You are the ideal candidate if you:
Leadership and Consensus: You know how to listen and be part of a team, seek consensus while being able to take firm decisions and enforce rules with pedagogy. You must be a positive example for the entire team.
Force of Proposition and Impulsion: You are a project carrier who knows how to defend, implement, and mobilize teams around clear objectives (notably on SSPI reorganization).
