As a Chief Pediatric Psychiatrist, you cumulate clinical, management, and coordination responsibilities.
Clinical Activity
Ensure a clinical activity, notably through consultations and supervision of the medical team.
Guarantee the development and follow-up of individualized care projects for patients.
Participate in the admission process for patients after initial evaluation.
Ensure coordination with external actors to facilitate patient intake and discharge.
Management and Coordination
Supervise and animate the medical team, composed of pediatric psychiatrists, psychiatrists, and pediatricians/somaticians.
Mobilize and coordinate paramedical, healthcare, and educational resources to develop care projects.
Actively participate in establishment instances and projects.
Coordinate pluridisciplinary team meetings and synthesis times.
Work closely with the unit's management framework and the establishment's direction.
Define, plan, and organize medical activity.
Participate in recruiting members of the medical team.
Contribute to implementing preventive and curative actions.
Pilot quality and safety of care. Profile sought
You are a doctor graduated in psychiatry and pediatric psychiatry and registered with the Order of Physicians or inscribable.
Required Skills
Confirmed experience in a mental health establishment in a pluridisciplinary team.
Ability to lead, animate, and motivate a team.
Mastery of latest practice recommendations in pediatric psychiatry.
Sense of organization and ability to manage priorities.
Ability to work in a team and be a driving force.
Qualities of listening, empathy, and physical and nervous resistance.
Practical Information
Job type: CDI, Full-time.
Status: Managerial staff.
Location: Ain department (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region).
Collective agreement: FEHAP 51 - Private non-profit establishment.
Obligations: Participation in medical on-call duty (approximately one day per week and one weekend per month).
