Physician - Assistant to the Head of Blood Collection M/F

With excellent interpersonal skills, you will ensure the information, medical selection, and monitoring of blood donors. You will contribute to their retention and promote donation initiatives. Your inclination for management and human relations will enable you to lead the collection team and manage the smooth running of collections. As assistant to the physician responsible for blood collection, you will participate in the organization and supervision of collection activities in the geographical area of the Ain region at the fixed site of Bourg en Bresse and during mobile collections, but also: - Contribute to the definition of objectives for your sector and the human and material resources to achieve them - Participate in the development of activities and ensure their efficiency (stopping or creating new collections, donation promotion actions) - Organize the service in compliance with Transfusion Quality and Safety objectives in accordance with regulatory texts, national and regional procedures, and directives - Implement and coordinate the monitoring of activity indicators (analysis and corrective actions) - Implement quality management (management of anomalies and non-conformities, analyses, preventive and corrective actions, evaluation, action plan follow-up) - Manage collection teams by creating conditions for motivation and well-being at work - Lead or organize professional meetings - Participate in the initial and ongoing training of physicians and collection staff, as well as their evaluation. You will conduct pre-donation medical interviews during mobile collections and at the fixed facility. You will be responsible for the collections assigned to you.
