In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (doctors, nurses, social workers), your main missions will be:

Conducting consultations in addictology (30-minute slots per consultation)
Possibility of working on methadone delivery unit with nurse and social worker
Evaluate dependence and ensure medical care
Search for somatic and psychiatric comorbidities
Propose treatments and prescribe (including substitute medications for opioids)
Accompany reduction of risks, therapeutic education
Propose a therapeutic withdrawal
Participate in monthly team meetings and weekly synthesis meetings (bring light and situation)
Contribute to the quality of files

And if coordinator: in addition to these classic missions:
One day dedicated to coordination where the doctor makes relational partnerships, builds files, and requests authorization
Team coordination
Responsibility for user care pathways at CSAPA but not hierarchical responsibility

Part-time or full-time position – to be filled as soon as possible
Status: CDI and teleconsultations possible !
Remuneration: According to experience (convention 66)

Doctor of medicine, you are registered with the National Council of the Order of Physicians, you are a general practitioner and/or have experience or a DU in addictology or at least wish to.

Force of proposition, you possess qualities of listening, empathy, tolerance, and patience, which will be assets for this function.
