Adecco For a family doctor's practice with digital orientation and an engaged team, we are looking for an experienced person who takes responsibility and shapes the daily routine of the practice. Tasks - You coordinate the daily schedule and ensure smooth operation - You plan assignments, support the team, and serve as a central point of contact for medical professionals - You actively participate in the development of processes and quality assurance - You take responsibility for technical systems such as automated medication logistics - You are both administratively and medically active ? including X-ray work - You work closely with various departments together and shape processes with profile - You have completed a MPA training program and MPK further education - You bring leadership experience and approach tasks in a structured and solution-oriented manner - You are communicative, empathetic, and enjoy working in a team - You possess the necessary qualifications for X-ray work and have completed a vocational training course - Very good German language skills and a secure handling of digital tools (Curamed knowledge is an advantage) - Openness to new challenges and enthusiasm for further development.
