Aufgaben

This is your task:

• You support our customers (specialized retailers & manufacturers) by phone when they have questions or problems about bicycle drives.
• You help us with customer training, participate in large events and trade fairs of the bicycle industry (e.g. Eurobike), and can also develop yourself in the field on request.
• You process warranty returns, inspect components, and decide on replacement deliveries, credits or returns.

Qualifikation

This profile fits you:

• You have a technical education or degree (e.g. Mechatroniker, Zweiradmechatroniker, Kfz-Mechatroniker, Mechanical Engineering – also welcome are those who have interrupted their studies!).
• You love bikes as much as we do!
• You have good office skills.
• You possess secure English language skills.
