The ideal candidate should have a degree in mechatronics or a related field and several years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of complex technical systems. He/she should be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be familiar with CAD software and programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements is also essential.
