Tasks

We are looking for a practical mechatronics engineer (m/w/d) with genuine enthusiasm for robotics, automation, and modern technologies.

The position supports the assembly, commissioning, and service of robot systems and combines mechanical understanding with electrical reliability, structured error analysis, and a hands-on mentality. Travel readiness, technical curiosity, and joy in bringing systems directly to customers are crucial.

Experience with Python, KI, and new technologies is advantageous but not a requirement. What's important is learning willingness, reliability, and a clear affinity for robotics and automation.

Qualification

Fachliches Profil

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics engineer, electronics technician for automation technology, industrial mechanic with electrical knowledge, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in mechanical engineering, special machinery construction, plant construction, service, or automation technology
• Good understanding of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and industrial components
• Safe handling of circuit diagrams, technical drawings, and technical documentation
• Experience with sensors, actuators, gripper technology, conveyor technology, and safety technology is advantageous
• Familiarity with SPS, safety-SPS, and industrial networks is desirable
• Experience with robot systems or a high motivation to thoroughly immerse oneself in robotics is advantageous
• Knowledge of Python, KI, data analysis, intelligent diagnostic tools, or new technologies is advantageous but not mandatory
• Experience with robot systems from UR, FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Doosan, or similar manufacturers is a plus

• Good mechanical and electrical understanding
• Hands-on mentality and self-reliant working style
• Driver's license class B
• Fluent German; English at least on a basic to good level

Desirable skills

• Experience with robot cells, palletizing systems, or special machines
• Knowledge of machine safety, safety-SPS, or safety components
• Experience with robot systems from UR, FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Doosan, or similar manufacturers
• Familiarity with SPS diagnosis or basic programming
• Knowledge of Python or interest in scripting and automation
• Experience or interest in KI tools, image processing, data analysis, or modern diagnostic methods
• Openness to new technologies and digital tools in the service and commissioning environment
• Experience in international service or technical customer assignments
