Responsibilities

• You will independently install new refrigeration and air conditioning systems and be responsible for the conscientious maintenance and upkeep of our customers' systems.
• In the event of technical disruptions, you will systematically analyze the cause of the fault and resolve it sustainably to ensure operational safety.
• As a technical expert on-site, you will competently advise our customers and partners and act as the central point of contact for all service inquiries.
• In close coordination with the internal sales department, you will plan your routes and coordinate material procurement for your assignments.
• You will document your service assignments, diagnoses, and materials used comprehensively in our digital system.

Profile

• You have completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician for Refrigeration Technology, a Refrigeration System Installer (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
• You already have several years of professional experience in refrigeration and air conditioning technology and are familiar with common systems.
• As the face of our company on-site, you will impress with your service orientation, clear communication, and ability to find a solution for every technical challenge.
• You possess a valid driver's license class B for your assignments in field service.
• You work independently but also appreciate exchange and collaboration within the team.
• You speak fluent German to communicate confidently with customers and colleagues.
