Tasks

Your role:

You will keep our complex production facilities (IMA, Syntegon) running – not just with the screwdriver, but with full mechatronic expertise: from SPS diagnosis to drive technology. This role is explicitly not just a locksmith's position. Electronic and control system competence are essential – you analyze disturbances electrically and mechanically equally.

Your tasks include:

• Eigenständige Analysis and troubleshooting of automated production facilities – electrical and mechanical
• Implementation of maintenance, repair, and replacement work according to the maintenance plan
• Maintenance and repair of drives, frequency converters, servo motors, and pneumatic components
• Organization and maintenance of spare parts inventory including procurement coordination
• Coordination and accompaniment of external maintenance and service interventions
• Preparation and maintenance of maintenance records and technical documentation

Qualification

Your profile:

• Completed training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician for plant engineering or comparable – purely mechanical knowledge without electronic components is not sufficient
• Experience in maintaining automated production facilities – ideally in the food, NEM, pharma, or FMCG industries
• SPS basic knowledge (Siemens S7 / TIA Portal): error reading and diagnosing
• Safe work on electrical systems up to 400 V
• Hands-on mentality and personal responsibility
