Tasks
As a Mechatronics Technician (focus on Electronics) for Building Management (m/f/d), you will ensure that our buildings, building services, and safety at the Rheine site function reliably. You will undertake, among other things, the following tasks: Mastering Technology:

• You monitor, organize, and carry out maintenance, repair, and upkeep measures on our buildings, systems, and outdoor areas.
• Among other things, you maintain and inspect elevators, doors and gates, lifting platforms and ramps, or fire protection systems in accordance with legal requirements.

Checking, Documenting & Organizing:

• You accompany and document legally required inspections of technical systems, work equipment, and building infrastructure.
  Transparency is important to you: every maintenance, every repair, every acceptance is documented comprehensibly.
• You independently procure spare parts and materials, obtain quotes, and keep an eye on cost centers.

Repairs & Troubleshooting:

• Independently, in a team, or with the involvement of external companies, you will troubleshoot and take care of the planning and execution of repair work.
• In emergencies, you react quickly, safely, and solution-oriented so that our processes can continue at all times.

Collaboration:

• You commission external companies, instruct them, and supervise and control their work according to our standards.
• In addition, you support projects and smaller construction or technical issues at the site.

Profile
You have a strong awareness of safety and enjoy working in a team? Perfect! In addition, you bring:

• A successfully completed training as a Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) or Electronics Technician (m/f/d).
• Experience with technical building equipment, maintenance, repairs, and legal inspections.
• Additional knowledge as an elevator attendant, operator of aerial work platforms, and possession of a forklift license are advantageous.
• Confident use of MS Office programs.
