Mechatronik - Constructor (m/w/d)

With 55 years of experience from the Automotive and Aerospace industries, as well as excellent engineering skills, we develop, produce, and install intelligent, modular, and reusable measuring and clamping devices for national and international companies in the manufacturing industry that require precise and safe fixation of both simple and sensitive and high-complex products.

We are looking for a Mechatronik - Constructor (m/w/d) on a full-time basis (40 hours per week), unlimited, to join our construction and development department at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Design and development of high-precision devices and clamping devices for measuring machines
• Development of automation and loading technology for measurement applications
• Conceptual design and layout of mechanical and mechatronic assemblies
• Creation of 3D-CAD models, assemblies, detail drawings, and part lists
• Techical project processing from the concept phase to commissioning
• Implementation of feasibility analyses and technical calculations
• Coordination with internal specialist departments (e.g. production, assembly, procurement)
• Maintenance of prototype construction, testing, and optimization
• Techical documentation of developed solutions

Qualification

• Completed further education as a state-approved technician (m/w/d) or Bachelor's degree in the field of Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable
• Multiple years of professional experience in designing and conceptualizing mechanical and mechatronic products
• Experience in project-oriented development work
• Fundamental CAD knowledge (e.g. SolidWorks, Catia, etc.)
• Understanding of automation technology as well as pneumatics/electromechanics is advantageous
• Structured and self-reliant working style
