Mechanical Fitter

Are you the skilled fitter who can find their way around the workshop immediately? At Technison, we specialize in delivering high-quality machines and installations for horticulture. With your passion for technology, you will build our machines from drawings in the workshop and ensure that every system leaves the building technically perfectly assembled.

Tasks

As a Mechanical Fitter at Technison, you are an indispensable link. Because you have made the necessary flying hours, complex assemblies are no challenge for you. You work in a close-knit team, but can also perform excellently independently to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your package of tasks is challenging and broad:

• Welding, sawing, and drilling of machine parts;
• The complete and accurate assembly of our machines;
• Test runs and technical checks to ensure everything functions perfectly;
• Quick and effective troubleshooting of faults;
• Occasionally assisting with installations at the customer's location.

Do you also have experience with electrical work? That is a big advantage! We offer you the space to also take care of the electrical aspects of our machines.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who adds value to our team immediately. Therefore, we ask for:

• A completed technical education (at least MBO Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering) —
  but work experience is at least as important to us;
• Demonstrable experience in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical production environment;
• You work precisely, see what needs to be done, and have a proactive attitude.

• Salary: between €2,300 and €4,000 gross per month (based on 38 hours), commensurate with your
  experience;
• Time off: 25 vacation days and 13 ADV (reduction of working time) days;

  travel allowance from 10 km;
• Security: a versatile role with prospects of a permanent contract.
