Mechanical Fitter

Are you the skilled fitter who can find their way around the workshop immediately? At Technison, we specialize in delivering high-quality machines and installations for horticulture. With your passion for technology, you will build our machines in the workshop from drawings and ensure that every system leaves the door technically perfectly assembled.

Tasks

As a Mechanical Fitter at Technison, you are an indispensable link. Because you have the necessary experience, you don't shy away from complex assemblies. You work in a close-knit team, but you can also work excellently independently to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your package of tasks is challenging and broad:

• Welding, sawing, and drilling of machine parts;
• The complete and accurate assembly of our machines;
• Test running and technically checking if everything functions perfectly;
• Solving malfunctions quickly and effectively;
• Occasionally assisting with installations at the customer's location.

Do you also have experience with electrical work? That is a big plus! We offer you the space to also take care of the electrical systems behind our machines.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who adds value to our team immediately. Therefore, we ask:

• A completed technical education (at least MBO Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering) —
  but work experience is at least as important to us;
• Demonstrable experience in machine construction or a comparable technical production environment;
• You work precisely, see what needs to be done, and have a proactive attitude.

Benefits

Working at Technison means working in a dynamic and creative environment where craftsmanship is valued.

• Salary: between €2,300 and €4,000 gross per month (based on 38 hours), commensurate with your
  experience;
• Free time: 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days (days off in lieu of overtime);
• Extras: 13th month salary, 8% holiday pay, nice drinks and outings with your colleagues, and a good
  travel allowance from 10 km;
• Security: a versatile function with the prospect of a permanent contract.

Do you have the experience we are looking for? Do not hesitate and apply immediately via the application button with your
CV. Do you have any questions about the function? Contact our recruiter Marjolein via
the application button or 0657431478. Sending a WhatsApp message is also possible!
