Mechanical Fitter (3-shift system)

As a Maintenance Fitter WTB, you are responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and resolving faults on mechanical installations within an industrial production environment. You ensure that the machinery remains safe, reliable, and efficient.

Here are some important tasks:

• Locating and resolving faults on mechanical engineering machines and systems;

• Performing overhauls, repairs, and preventive maintenance in the workshop;

• Replacing defective parts such as pneumatic and hydraulic components;

• Securing machines and working according to the LOTO procedure;

• Registering faults and maintenance work in the ERP system.

• Salary up to €5,200 gross per month including a 25% shift allowance;

• Direct prospect of a permanent contract;

• Completed MBO (vocational) education in mechanical engineering or mechatronics;

• Demonstrable experience as a maintenance fitter in an industrial production environment;

• Knowledge of mechanical drives, pneumatics, and hydraulics;

• Willingness to work in a three-shift system;

• Independent, accurate, and strong communication skills.
