Aufgaben:

• Identification and evaluation of production disruptions in engine overhauls
• Steering and coordination of solution paths within the organization
• Purchasing missing parts to support process stability
• Ensuring sustainable resolution of disturbances through systematic analysis
• Collaboration with adjacent departments for rapid implementation of measures
• Documented and tracked effectiveness of measures

Anforderungen:

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g. as industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer or electronics technician) with further education to technician or master
• Desirable: experience in project work or project management
• Very good knowledge of SAP, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good German and English skills (each at least B2)
• Willingness to work in shift or early morning shift model
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is absolutely necessary
